Jack teaches dance for all of the most popular dancing sought after for Weddings & Greek events as well as the more unique traditional ones:

POPULAR UK WEDDING DANCES​

​

​Ballos/Sirtos 

This is the fundamental dance used for the popular koumbaro (Best man) dance at Cypriot weddings with jaw dropping figoures.

​

Hasaposerviko (or Cypriot Sousta)

Another popular dance. Danced in the UK danced by all koumbari together exhibiting feats of solo and partnered figoures.



Hasapikos (other variants include Sirtaki/Zorba)

A nice dance for couples and popular as bride & groom opening dance.



Kalamatianos 

A popular Pan Hellenic dance originating from Kalamata in Greece.  This now popular dance is danced at all celebrations and festivities.  It is also popular at Cypriot weddings in the UK, often reserved just for 'Koumeres' (maids of honour together with best ladies)



Zebekiko (aka Vareto)

Popular freestyle dance.  Once danced by men only as a means of expression, but in more modern times adopted by women also.
